Are there any other websites like landwatch? Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each. I've been on the search for a small piece of land. I'm in the stage where i currently homestead vicariously through this sub and other online resources, but www.landwatch.com seems to be a great site for land and such.
Recently i've been finding more on zillow if you're looking for smaller parcels.
