One site i've seen is. I wanted to know more about the process of buying from land watch. I used landwatch.com to find my property. Even if you don't trust it to find land, you can use it to locate the cheaper areas of each.
But other than being careful and doing due diligence landwatch has been a great tool. I'm currently using landwatch.com to search for land in my home state of georgia. When a property becomes delinquent in tax payments, the county reclaims the property and auctions. My husband and i are going to be first time homesteaders and first time home buyers.just wondering what are the best places ( besides zillow ) to look for places.
